ROHIT DABHOLKAR
A dynamic and passionate individual with an MBA in Marketing having over 21 years of experience working with iconic brands like Raymond, Videocon, AstraZeneca and The Times of India. With Advanced Strategic Management from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow and various leadership courses from Indian School of Business (ISB) Hyderabad he believes in continuous knowledge upgradation.
His expertise in Brand Building, Consumer Insights, Product Marketing, P&L Management, Brand communication and Advertising have resulted in achieving a proven record of conceiving & implementing ideas that have fuelled market presence and driven revenue.
During his tenure he has launched numerous new products in the market and established them as large brands. His experience working with large organisations as well as start-ups, enables him to leverage varying business challenges and convert them into opportunities.
In his illustrious career, his work in consumer engagement has been registered in Limca Books of Record and his consumer campaigns and ideas have won the prestigious ABBYS awards.
SHALINI DABHOLKAR
A performance driven and values led individual with Masters in Business Administration and 17 years of experience working with large Corporates and Foundations. She is a budding entrepreneur with a clear vision of enabling transformations.
With the experience of working with key Board Members of large multinational Corporates she is an expert in Business Processes, Treasury management, IT Integration, Governance, Risk Management and Compliance. Having been Head of Corporate Treasury and Risk Management for Asia Pacific Companies she is adept at driving Process Improvements, Finance Excellence & Business Transformation initiatives during global mergers.
She has excelled in developing global benchmark practices for industries and has been a favourite speaker at International conferences. In spare time she is a mentor to high potential women at Sheroes.
